Cancellation Policy
1) Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
2) Advance payments are non-refundable.
3) Customized, stitched, or altered products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
1) Refunds are applicable only for ready stock items, if approved.
2) Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds for:
1) Custom-made outfits
2) Altered garments
3) Clearance or discounted products
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
1) Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
2) Share clear photos/videos for verification
3) Resolution will be decided after review
