1) Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
2) Advance payments are non-refundable.
3) Customized, stitched, or altered products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return Policy
We do not offer any returns on products once they are sold.
All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
Hence, we request customers to confirm their order details (size, color, design) before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1) Size Exchange
- Size exchange is available for the same product.
- The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Subject to size availability.
2) Colour Exchange
- Colour exchange is allowed only for the same product/design.
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the requested color.
3) Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange.
- Exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
- Slight color variations may occur due to photography and screen settings; such cases will not be considered for exchange unless approved.
Refund Policy
1) Any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds for:
1) Custom-made outfits
2) Altered garments
3) Clearance or discounted products
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
1) Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
2) Share clear photos/videos for verification
3) Resolution will be decided after review
